Then you can return it to us. Wherever possible please include the original packaging materials. We will send a replacement item to you free of charge, and refund your postage costs. Withdrawal right If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition (unopened with any shrink-wrap intact) within 10 days of the date you received the item, and we will refund you the item cost.
