1. How can I order and buy one or more DVDs? It's easy: you just need to click on the Add to Cart button that you find on each product page. When you have finished browsing our catalogue you could complete the order by proceeding with Checkout. 2. What happens with Checkout? When you're ready to check out you will be addressed to a page where you can Login to our system and insert your personal information safely in order to complete the order and make the payment as well. All the personal information you provide cannot be read by anyone else. If you don't yet have a username and password, you can request one for free. You will then receive a confirmation email with the username and password, which you can then change later. This email explains everything in detail. Upon completion of the Checkout process you will receive a confirmation email with all the details about your order. 3. How does the "My Account" work? Enter your personal username and password to check your personal information, order status and history and complete payment (if not done yet). If you forgot your username or password you can also request them here. You will then receive an email with the instructions to recover the forgotten datas. This email explains everything in detail. 4. What type of payments do you accept? We only accept credit card and PayPal payments. Our website does not request or retain any credit card information. All payments are made through PayPal secure payment system. Once your order is placed and you completed the Checkout process you will automatically be redirected to PayPal secure website (SSL encryption) where payment can easily be made by entering your PayPal user name and password or simply your credit card details. DVDs prices All prices shown on our website are including Italian 20% VAT tax (for private EU customers only) while shipping costs will be displayed prior to payment. If the delivery is sent to a country outside of the EU, or to an EU company, you do not need to pay taxes; it is automatically removed from the invoice. 6. Shipping times and costs We will aim to process all orders within 1 (one) working day from receipt of payment. All items are delivered through POSTE ITALIANE service with two options: -- Priority Mail (no online tracking) -- Registered Mail (online tracking)
Shipping costs are indicated in the Checkout process, prior to payment, and are calculated depending on the total weight of items ordered and on the address of delivery. The order value does not matter. Once payment is done your order is intended confirmed. When the order is shipped we will send you a confirmation email. 7. I received a defective item. What should I do now? If your order arrives damaged or faulty please inform us immediately by email ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ). Then you can return it to us. Wherever possible please include the original packaging materials. We will send a replacement item to you free of charge, and refund your postage costs. 8. Withdrawal right If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition (unopened with any shrink-wrap intact) within 10 days of the date you received the item, and we will refund you the items cost.
